[sweet pumpkin dumplings]all of the dumplings from this east village shack are pockets full of satisfaction. but these limited edition ones are an innovative twist on the typical fall dessert. sweet, but not too sweet, these steamed dumplings were the perfect pick me in between takes during our look : [witch] photoshoot. the chopsticks even doubled as the wand in the photos.

[herbst salat]the colors from the yellow beets, riesling pear, and radish alone made this salad a must-eat [and must-instantly-instagram]. it was the perfect starter for the three course tasting lunch. an average base of arugula was elevated by the nuttiness from the toasted pumpkin seeds and the smooth dollop of fresh-made applesauce. their michelin star is well deserved.
